Open, lock, confirm
Open the body, seat it in the scraping position you want, and confirm the lock has engaged before you load the edge — a folder is only as safe as its locked joint. Wet, low, one direction. The razor gospel is unchanged: a filmed surface floats chips and prevents scratches, a low angle shaves rather than chisels, and one push direction avoids dragging grit back over the glass. Pick the angle to the defect. Flat positions for film and haze; a steeper locked position to get under a proud drip or start a stubborn peel — using the lock is the point of owning this tool. Fresh edges, and fold to carry. Swap a skipping blade from the five it carries, and fold the tool shut before it leaves your hand; the closed body is the cap.
