- Heavy-load work. “Pro” names the handle, not a load rating: thick coatings, rough masonry, and hard leverage outrun a friction cage regardless of what the hand holds — the 47413 is built for that by name.
- Cover removal without touching the cover. No removal feature is documented on this frame; the knock-off ring (47413) and Flexi arm-release (47420, parent 47412) are the engineered answers.
- Mini-tier work. Nine inches enters no cabinet and turns in no bookcase bay; the 47400/47401/47402 world exists for that.
- Production fields past room scale — the 18″ 47420 system’s purpose, pole-only and tray-matched.
- Justifying itself by the cage. The cage is the 47410’s cage. Buy this frame for your hand or buy the baseline; any third reason is invented.

Let the grip do the gripping
The overmold exists so your hand can close lighter; a death grip on a soft handle wastes the purchase you paid for and tires the same muscles the frame was bought to spare. Pole days: the Acme thread is documented; on pole work the handle becomes your lower hand’s fulcrum, and the overmold’s wet-hand purchase matters most there — hand-snug the thread, re-check at reloads. Keep the overmold clean. Latex peels off a soft grip easily when caught the same day and grinds into its texture when left; a rag-wipe at wash-up keeps the surface the tool’s whole point. End of day: cover off, cage rinsed clear, spun, hung — grip lives in clean wires, on this frame exactly as on its page-mate.
