- Polyester SRT Bristles: Dripless design and high paint capacity.
- Versatile Use: Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
- Compatibility: Ideal for use with fast-drying low VOC paints.
✕CHOOSE A DIFFERENT TOOL WHEN
- Any kind of line work or trim. Three inches is too much brush for casings, sash, or a cut edge; that’s the narrower flats (47324–47326) and the Millenium angled sashes (47370–47373).
- Tight or interrupted surfaces. Between balusters, inside muntins, around hardware — the 3″ bridges and skips; step down.
- Oil-enamel and varnish finish coats where a glass-flat lay-off is wanted — natural white bristle (Hyde Extra 47380–47383, up to 47383 at 4″) is the better lay-off tool for oils.
- Lacquer/shellac/strong solvents (use a chip brush) and surface prep (that’s the 46xxx wire and stripping brushes).
